The Adventures of Perilous Penny the Pirate
In the spirit of all things fun, Miss Sweeting has thrown out the Perilous Penny the Pirate challenge to each marching band section for the 2011 season. The Mission, should your section choose to accept it, is to pose Penny in perilous, precarious, pretty, pompous, poses throughout the season and send in your pictures to the website at piratepenny@oswegobands.org
After one section member submits some pictures, Penny is passed on to the next section member, throughout the season. Be creative! Have fun! But remember, Penny must last throughout the entire band season in order for your section to win! Awards will be given for creativity, artistry, most perilous, etc. Will your section win the Perilous Penny the Pirate contest? We might have to create a Penny Poll to find out! The winning section will receive the Perilous Penny prize at the band banquet!
