The Percussion Section and Mr. Pelc try to read the Braille on the Roosevelt monument.
The new Roosevelt monument was really beautiful. It had four wings....one for each of his terms as President. Each section highlighted some of the accomplishments of his administration and there were several beautiful waterfalls. Wish we had had more time there as not everyone got through the whole thing.
